Recommended Pairings
Pappy Van Winkle, Glenfarclas 25, Louis XIII cognac, or an exceptional aged rumA great cigar paired with the right spirit is one of life's most quietly satisfying pleasures. Here is your guide to getting it right.
The vanilla, caramel, and oak notes found in a quality bourbon complement medium-bodied cigars beautifully. The natural sweetness softens any pepper or spice in the smoke, creating balance rather than competition.
Best with Classic & Reserve Tiers
Peaty single malts stand up to full-bodied cigars with confidence. The smokiness of a fine scotch and the earthiness of a premium cigar create a deeply satisfying combination that rewards patience and attention.
Best with Prestige & Ligero Tiers
Aged rum brings tropical sweetness and molasses depth that pairs wonderfully with Caribbean-origin cigars. An underrated pairing that consistently surprises guests who have not explored it before.
Best with Classic & Reserve Tiers
The ultimate luxury pairing. Fine cognac brings dried fruit, floral complexity, and a richness that elevates ultra-premium cigars into something genuinely transcendent. When the occasion demands the very best, this is the answer.

New to cigars? Our concierge guides every guest through the experience. Here is what to expect.
Start with a Classic or mild Reserve cigar. Let our concierge know your preferences — if you enjoy smooth flavors, lighter spirits, or something bolder — and we will find the right match for your palate and the moment.
Our concierge handles this for you. A proper cut opens the cap cleanly, and a slow, even toast of the foot ensures an even burn throughout. Never rush the light — patience at this stage pays off in every draw that follows.
Unlike cigarettes, cigar smoke is drawn into the mouth — not the lungs. Take your time, taste the flavors, and release slowly. A quality cigar is designed to be savored, not rushed. Let the flavors come to you.
A quality cigar builds a firm, white ash. There is no need to tap it off frequently — allow it to fall naturally or rest it gently on an ashtray. A long, solid ash is often a quiet sign of excellent construction and well-aged leaf.
A premium cigar can last anywhere from 45 minutes to two hours or more. There is no rush. If it goes out, simply relight from the foot. Enjoy the conversation, the company, and the occasion — that is what it is all for.
Always use an ashtray. When you are finished, set the cigar down and allow it to extinguish on its own — never stub it out. Beyond that, simply enjoy yourself. There is no wrong way to appreciate a great cigar in good company.
